Open Door Ministries is a Christ-centered, Biblically-based church in Long Beach, California that serves primarily the LGBT community. We are seeking a pastor to be our preacher and Christian mentor to help us deepen our relationship with God, with each other, and our community.

ODM PASTOR SKILLS AND GIFTS NEEDED

ODM PASTOR JOB DESCRIPTION
Below is a summary of the duties of the Pastor of ODM.
The Pastor provides:
- • Spiritual leadership and an opportunity for spiritual growth
• Ministerial oversight and direction for Sunday morning services
• An opportunity for the congregation to deepen their relationship with God and with each other through fellowship and discipleship
• Pastoral care, including praying for the congregation, calling on the sick, and spiritual counseling
• Outreach ministry within the community
